Please allow 1-2 days for processing time.

When shipping confirmation on an order is stated to be delivered, we are not responsible for any orders that are missing, lost, stolen, or not in your possession. If you would like to track your item, please contact your local postal service to file a claim. 

If you would like to change your address, please contact us within 24 hours of your placed order to confirm. If it’s after 24 hours, there is no guarantee that we will be able to change the address as the package may already be shipped. After orders have been shipped, we are not able to change the shipping address. If you would like to change the shipping address, please contact your local postal service. If item is broken, please file a claim with USPS. Every single item is inspected to be in new condition before we ship. 

If wrong item or wrong size, we can replace with no charage. Items must be returned in the same package and in the same condition (unused) within three days. If you reieved the wrong item and no longer want the original item, please return BLANK and you will reiceve a full refund. 

If you would like to exchange, please send it back in same condition. Customer will be responsible for return label and shipping.
