There are several meanings for the word “aloha.” Aloha can be used as a greeting or parting from someone, so saying “hello” and “goodbye.” If you were to break down the word, “alo” means presence and “ha” means breath. This translates to “the presence of breath” or “the breath of life.” Aloha is also a way of living that values love, peace, compassion, and respect. 

We would like our products to be considered as a greeting from us to you. We would like to say “hello” and build a relationship with our customers. When you open your package, we want it to feel like we are personally greeting you. Each item is hand selected, inspected, and cared for by one of us to ensure that your souvenir is leaving our hands in brand new conditions. We would love to pass the aloha to you.

We are a small, independent, and family-owned retail business. There are four of us! It first started in 1989 as a little mom-and-pop kiosk in the International Market Place located in Honolulu, Hawaii. We were in the center of Waikiki. Ever since then, we have been expanding and after 31 years in business, we finally decided to launch a website.
